I have a pavilion dv7-1070ev and upgrade from windows vista home premium 32bit to Windows 7 home premium 64bit.The laptop came with the optical drive Sony Optiarc BD Rom BC-5500S with Firmware version 1.83.The problem is that the bd-rom is not reading blu ray disks.
